CEA specializes in land development and supports Clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the years, CEA has been involved in some of the largest development projects in the Bay Area, including the Santa Clara Square development with the Irvine Company, a mixed-use project encompassing 93 acres and combining office space, retail, and residential apartment buildings in one site plan.
CEA has an in-house surveying team that provides land surveying to support engineering and mapping efforts, as well as staking to support the construction phase. The company also provides services to local municipalities on projects such as street realignments and utility master planning. New engineers are exposed to each step of the development process from planning to design and are supported as they begin their engineering career.
